Wileen Ellen Sweet, Principal of Sweet Environmental Services, is an environmental engineer with more than 25 years of experience in a wide range of areas including air pollutant source emissions; hazardous materials, waste and wastewater management; project and program development; multi-disciplinary environmental permitting (including dredging and shoreline revetment); compliance auditing and environmental training. She has assisted large industrial and small commercial clients in developing compliance management programs, and has served as a project manager on several multi-year technical support contracts for government entities. A key strength is assisting a wide range of business operations in improving environmental performance and regulatory agency costs with the implementation of waste reduction strategies and pollution prevention measures. Ms. Sweet has an M. S. degree in Environmental Engineering and a B.S. degree in Chemistry from Southern Illinois University, and has maintained the Qualified Environmental Professional (QEP) credential since 1994.
